Ballet Class  - Tuesdays & Fridays: 10:30-12:00pm

Come to our Open Ballet Class with Irene Liu for all levels.  If you are a professional seeking an easily-accessible technique class or just wanting a good work-out, this is a wonderful opportunity to take care of yourself in a fun environment.

Barre Class - Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:30-11:30am

You are invited to TWO FREE BARRE CLASSES with Camille Santiago.  Camille teaches Barre and cycling in San Francisco and will be providing barre classes in WSPA beginning May 1. A "barre class" is a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet. 

  • Students are able to try the effectiveness of the barre classes for FREE on Monday, May 1 & Wednesday, May 3. Enrollment is required after the two trial classes and will be $100 a month for 8 classes.

Tahitian Fitness - Monday 8:15-9:30pm

Come enjoy a fun Dance Fitness work out while learning about the beautiful Polynesian culture.  Try something different from anything you have done before while still getting all the gracefulness, fun & dynamic elements from a dance class.
